This article will explain how use a task as a template in 123-mail webmail. This function allows you to to use existing tasks to create a new one. This differs from the normal method of creating tasks as it will carry over the details of the previous task, which you can then edit to suit your needs. This is a great tool for use with tasks that you will carry out on a regular basis, for example, filling out a regular report, or doing monthly budget work.
Login to the 123-mail webmail.
Click on the Tasks icon in the main toolbar.
Click on the Task you wish use as a template.
Click on the Use as Template button under the edit tab.
You will now be able to adjust the details already associated with the task to suit your new needs.
