How to edit shopping basket settings

To edit shopping basket settings, please follow the steps below.

Since this feature is available for multiple versions of our Website Builder tool, select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:

Start by logging in to your Online Store.

From there, select Store within the right-hand menu.

On the next page, click Settings within the left-hand menu (below Store).

Select Checkout in the toolbar.

You will now be able to set a few options for your Checkout page by clicking the relevant toggle, including whether phone numbers are mandatory and the ability to allow customers to set special instructions.

Once you’ve done this, click Save to confirm your changes.

Start by logging in to your Online Store.

Select Ecommerce from the left-hand menu and then click Manage Store.

From the store management console, click on Settings, then ensure that the General tab is selected.

On the General Settings page, click Cart & Checkout.

Here, you will see all of the settings related to the customer’s shopping basket, and various other settings related to purchasing from your store, including minimum purchase requirements.

From here, you will able to manage the following features:

  • Minimum order value.
  • Force the customer to confirm Ts and Cs before purchase.
  • Text within the shopping basket.
  • What details customers need to give to continue with the order ID and email addresses.
