How to manage all template emails

This article applies to 123-reg Online Shops

The Online Shop package allows you to send templated emails when various events are triggered on your shop. For example, when a customer places and order, you can send a confirmation.

Log into your Online Shop package.

Click Settings.

Select Email Settings from the dropdown.

Click the Events tab.

Finally select the one you wish to edit by clicking on the blue event title. You can also deactivate an event by unticking the Active box.
