Can I renew my Cloud Backup package manually?
This article will help you to manually renew your Cloud Backup package.
The below instructions will allow you to renew your package through your 123 Reg Control Panel.
Please note: When renewing manually you can pay at any time, but your new renewal period will not start until you’ve reached the end of your current renewal period, meaning you aren’t paying twice for the same time period.

From there, select Cloud Backup within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Cloud Backup.

You will see an overview of your available packages. Click on the Manage button for the package you wish to renew.

Scroll down the Renewals and Billing section and click on the Renew now button.

This will take you to the 123 Reg Payment process. Follow the instructions on screen to complete your payment.
