How do I change the Billing Period for my Cloud Backup package?

This FAQ will help you to change your Billing Period on your Cloud Backup package

The below instructions will allow you to change from a monthly, to a yearly billing period, and vice versa.


Please note: Changes the Billing Period will take effect at the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are on a yearly billing period, but wish to change to a monthly period, then you will not start paying monthly until the end of the year you have already paid for.


  • Step 1 of 4

    Login to the 123 Reg Control Panel, and scroll down to the Security Section and click on the Cloud Backup link.

  • Step 2 of 4

    Here you will see an overview of your Cloud Backup packages. Click the Manage button for the package you wish to edit.

  • Step 3 of 4

    This will enter the management page for the backup package. Click on the Change button in the Billing Period field.

  • Step 4 of 4

    Select the Billing Period you require from the dropdown list, and then click the Confirm button. You billing period will take effect after the end of your current billing period.
