How do I cancel my Email Marketing trial?

This FAQ will show you how you can cancel your Email Marketing trial

The instructions below will show you how to stop your Email Marketing trial from renewing. When you cancel your trial, we'd also like some feedback from you, so we'll show you how to do that too.

If you've decided you don't want to keep your Email Marketing package after your trial, you can set your package to not renew at the end of your current billing period. This is done easily through your 123 Reg control panel, by following the steps below.

Please note: If you set your package to not renew, you can still keep using the package up until the end of your billing period.

    Login to your 123 Reg Control Panel and scroll down to the Market your website section. Then click on the Manage link for Email Marketing.

    Next, click on the Manage button for the package you wish to cancel.

    This will take you to the management page of that particular package. Scroll down to the Renewals and Billing section and click the Change button on the renewal status.

    You can now select Do not renew from the drop down list, and click the Confirm button to complete the change.

If you change your mind and decide you would like to keep using your package you can simply reverse the change by following this process, and then select the Autorenew option from the drop down menu.
