Adding other email accounts to 123-mail

These FAQs will teach you how to add other email accounts to your 123-mail webclient.

How do I add my GMail account to 123-mail?

Click on the Add email account button in your Email menu panel.

Then select Google from the email account provider window.

You will be prompted to choose the Google account you would like to add to your account.

Enter your password for your Google account.

Step 5 of 5

Your account will now be added.

How do I add my Hotmail account to 123-mail?

Click on the Add email account button in your Email menu panel.

Select the Other option.

Then simply add your email address and password to complete the process.

How do I remove an email account?

This will allow you to remove your Hotmail, Gmail, or similar third party email account from your 123 Reg Webmail system.

This may be useful if you have added too many accounts, or have an old account that you no longer need to use.

Please note that this is a permanent deletion and cannot be undone. However, you will be able to add the third party account again at a later date.

From your Webmail Client, click on the menu button, and then select Settings from the dropdown menu. Then choose Accounts from the left hand bar.

You will see a list of your accounts – simply click on the Dustbin icon for the one you wish to delete.

Then confirm that you would like to delete the account.
