How do I change the start of work time in the calendar?
This article will explain how to change the start of work time in the calendar of 123-mail webmail. This will allow you to adapt your calendar to suit your working day, allowing you to book appointments into your calendar to suit your schedule. For example, if you don’t start working until 10am, you can set your calendar to reflect this, ensuring that you do not book meetings and appointments for a time when you will not be at work.
Click on the Menu icon in the top right hand corner of the page. From the drop down menu, click on the Settings link at the top of the list.
From the Settings menu in the left hand column, select Calendar. This will open the settings panel for the calendar. Here you can update the Start of working time and the End of working time options. Your changes will automatically be saved.
How do I set how many elements are shown on the homepage?
This article will explain how to set how many elements are shown on the homepage in 123-mail webmail. This dictates the amount of information you see when you first open 123 Reg Webmail. For example, you may only want to see your upcoming tasks and appointments.
From the Portal page, click on the Customise this page button.
For each tile, you can choose to enable the pod, or disable it. This means that you can enable just the pods you want to see when you log in.
You will now see the Pods you require on your portal page.
How do I view my email in a full screen window?
From your inbox, simply double click on the email you wish to make full screen.
Your email will now act like its own tab within your browser, meaning you can access other areas of your email and then return to it. Once you want to close it, simply click on the X icon.
How do I view my Sent items using 123-mail?
This article will demonstrate where your sent items are stored using 123-mail. This allows you to save a copy of any email you send from your 123 Reg Webmail, to allow you to view them at a later date. If you no longer wish to keep a copy of your sent emails, you can simply delete them from your Sent folder.
From the email section of your control panel, click on the Sent objects folder.
Here you will see an overview of everything you have sent. Just like your email inbox you can sort and order the messages in the manner that suits you best.
How do I view the message source?
This article will explain how you can view the email message source. The message source is the code of the email itself. You will be able to use this if you ever need to find the Headers of your email, for example. For most people, you will not require this setting, however it is always useful to know how to access your email source.
Login to your 123 Reg Control Panel. Scroll down to the Email section and click on the Webmail icon.
Enter your email address and relevant password, then click the Login button.
Click on the Email icon from the top toolbar.
