How do I access my Email & Office Dashboard?

This article will detail how you to access the Email Dashboard.

The Email Dashboard allows account holders to manage their email addresses, where they can add or delete users and aliases, edit their account information, update passwords, manage add-ons and more!

To view your Dashboard, simply follow the instructions outlined below.

Please note: this article is dedicated to Generation 2 mailboxes and does not apply to Generation 1 mailboxes.

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Email within the Manage Active Products section and then choose Manage opposite Manage your email.

This will take you to the ‘Manage your email’ page, where you’ll see all the mailboxes you’ve purchased or received for free in a bundle. From here, click Manage mailboxes.

You will now be taken to your Email Dashboard. From here, you can manage your mailboxes, users and forwarders by selecting the relevant option.
