How do I set up my email with the OX Mail app?
The OX Mail app allows you to add your 123 Reg mailbox with your mobile phone, allowing you to read and respond to email wherever you are.
The OX Mail app is available for iOS and Android devices. You can download the app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store depending on your device. Search for OX Mail v2 or use one of the links below:
Install the app from your app store and then open the app.
Enter your email address into the field provided and then click the Next button.
You will be asked to manually set up your mailbox. This is done by entering the Webmail URL of the account you’d like to use.
For 123 Reg this is: https://webmail.123-reg.co.uk/
You’ll then be asked to enter your password into the field provided. Click the Login button to complete your set up.
Can I sync my calendars and contacts?
OX Mail V2 is a mail only app, this means that the calendars and contact you have associated with your account can be accessed from your device’s calendar and contacts apps, rather than through OX Mail.
This is done automatically on iOS devices, but Android devices will need to install this companion app to complete the process: OX Sync
