These FAQs will teach you how to manage your tasks in 123-webmail

How do I create a new task?

Click on the Tasks button at the top of the page, and then click the New button to create a new task.

You can create a task by just filling in the Subject and Description boxes. You can also add additional information by clicking on the Expand Form button at the bottom of the page.

You can now add additional information such as due dates, reminders and completion status.

Once you’ve filled out all of the necessary information, click the Create button to complete the process.

How do I edit an existing task?

Click on the Task you wish to change, and then click on the Edit button.

Once you have made your required changes, click on the Save button to complete the changes.

How do I delete a task?

Select the Task you want to delete, and then click on the Delete button at the top of the page.

You will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the task. To do so, click on the Delete button. Remember, this is not reversible, to get the task back, you will have to create it again as a new task.

How do I mark a task as done?

This article will explain how to mark a task as done in 123-mail webmail. This functionality is used to mark your tasks as complete. In this case, they will remain in your task list, however they are struck out and their finished percentage is set at 100%. To remove them completely from the list you can then delete the task entirely.\

Login to the 123-mail webmail.

How do I print a task?

This article will explain how to print a task in 123-mail webmail. This allows you to retain a hard copy of your task, complete with all of the details you have added, including start and end date, priority and duration. This is a great way to distribute the task to colleagues or teams when email may be unavailable.

Select the task you wish to print, and then click the options button, and select Print from the dropdown menu.

Your system will now open the print options. Here use your standard print set up, and click print to complete the process.

How do I change the view on the tasks page?

This section will explain how to change the view of tasks in 123-mail webmail. This is a level of customisation that will enable you to design your work flow to work for you, and increase your productivity.

You can change the task view by clicking on the View button on the right hand side of the page. This will open a drop down menu which will allow you to activate the folder view and the Checkbox view.

The Folder view (highlighted in Red) will display the folder panel, allowing you access to the folder system you have set up for your tasks.

The Checkbox view will display checkboxes next to each of your tasks, allowing you to select multiple tasks and perform actions in bulk.
