Uninstalling the Open-Xchange Outlook Connector

This article will show you how to uninstall Outlook Connector.

To uninstall Outlook Connector from your computer, simply follow the instructions outlined below:

Step 1 of 5

Start by deleting any Outlook accounts that use the Connector, and then closing Outlook on your computer.

Next, open the Services app on your computer.

In the Services app, find and right-click Windows Search. From there, select Stop from the provided drop-down menu.

Next, run the MEMAPIClean application on your computer by opening a command prompt and entering the following:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\bin\memapiclean.exe" /clean

This will remove items that were added to the mapisvc.inf file and unregister the plugin

Step 5 of 5

Next, delete the following files from the Windows\System32 directory on your computer:

MailEnableMSD32.DLL
MailEnableMSF32.DLL
MailEnableMSP32.DLL
MailEnableMS32.DLL
MailEnableMSL32.DLL
MailEnableFB.DLL

Please note: if you ‘re using a 32-bit version of Outlook on a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows, these files can be found in the Windows\SysWOW64 directory instead.
