Uninstalling the Open-Xchange Outlook Connector
Previously, customers using our Business email packages are able to use a plugin called Open-Xchange Outlook Connector (OLOX) to synchronise their calendar and notes with Microsoft Outlook.
Owing to recent Outlook technology updates, many plugins, including OLOX, have become incompatible with Outlook and are no longer a viable solution.
You can uninstall OLOX from your computer by following the instructions below.
Click the Start button from the Windows Tool Bar and then click on the Control Panel button.
From the Programs section of the Control Panel, click on Uninstall a program.
Select OXTender 2 for Microsoft Outlook and then click Uninstall from the toolbar at the top of the window.
You will be asked to confirm the uninstallation. Click Yes to continue.
