How do I amend my Admin email address for my domain name on my Premium Hosting package?

This article applies to the 123 Reg Premium Hosting package

This article will show you how to change the Admin email addresses associated with the websites on your Premium Hosting package.

Please note: this tool is not available on any Premium Hosting plans purchased after August 2020.

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Premium Hosting within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite ‘Manage Premium Hosting (bought before 28/09/20)’

This will show you an overview of your Premium Hosting packages. Click Manage for the account you wish to access.

 

Step 4 of 5

This gives you an overview of your hosting package. Scroll down to the Website Management section and click on the details button. This will show you the details of your package. To alter your admin email, click on the Change link.

Step 5 of 5

You can now enter your desired Admin Email into the the text field, and click Save.
