How do I download a copy of my hosting account using Daily Backups?
This article will show you how to download a backup of your hosting account.
You can download a complete backup of your hosting account by following the instructions outlined below.
Start by accessing your Web Hosting dashboard.
From there, select Backups in the toolbar.
Next, click View Backups.
You will now see a complete list of your backups, based on when they were taken. Click the backup you want to download from this list.
You may need to log into your cPanel account. If you’re not sure where to find these details, please read the following article: How can I find my FTP username and password?
On the next page, click Export the account. If you want, you can skip the export of your database and/or home directory by clicking the relevant tickboxes.
Once you’ve done this, click Start export.
You will now see a progress window at the top of the page. Once this has completed, click Download to receive your backup.
