How do I renew my web hosting package?
This FAQ will help you to renew your 123 Reg Hosting package
Renewing your package early does not mean that you miss out on the remainder of your billing period. For example, if a customer on a year long package renews three months early, then they do not lose those three months; instead their new period will start at the end of the three months they’ve already paid for.
123 Reg Services are set to autorenew, meaning that you will never lose your service, and won’t have to manage this yourself. However, some people elect to turn this function off. If you have done so, then you will be able to autorenew your hosting package by following the below instructions.
Login to your 123 Reg Control Panel and then scroll down to the Web Hosting section; and then click on the manage button for the Web Hosting section.
This will show you an overview of all of the packages you have in your account. Suggest the package you wish to use by clicking on the Manage button.
This will take you to the package’s management page. Scroll down to the Renewals and Billing section and click on the Renew Now button next to your package’s renewal date. This will add the renewal to your basket, which you can pay for by following the onscreen instructions.
Login to your 123 Reg control panel.
Click on the Web hosting option in the The following service(s) will soon expire! section at the top of your 123 Reg control panel.
Or click on the Web Hosting button in the Web Hosting Section.
This will take you to an overview of your Hosting packages, showing information such as the domain name and the expiry date. To renew, click on the Renew link on the pink bar.
Please follow the on screen payment instructions to complete renewal.
Please note: Your web hosting package will be automatically renewed if you have credit card details that are correct and up-to-date stored on your 123 Reg account.
