Using PHP scripting for a contact form
The below instructions will show you how you can create a simple contact form on your website using simple PHP.
Although 123 Reg does not directly provide scripting support you can use our sample php script in order to send email via a contact form.
Please click here to download the script, you will need to change the following values as highlighted below and then save the file as a .php extension.
Please change the text within the open ” and ” brackets for each of the four fields shown below.
$EmailFrom = "firstname.lastname@example.org"; $EmailTo = "email@example.com"; $Subject = "online form"; header("Location: http://yourdommain.co.uk/contact.php");

Please Note: The PHP script above is a basic level script which does not include advanced features such as validation of information entered into the contact form by the end user.
