How do I update my business listing?
This FAQ will help you to do edit your business listing through Local Listing.
The below instructions will show you how to update your details simultaneously across all of your local directories.
If this is your first time using Local Listing then you will be able to follow our easy-to-use start up wizard. This will take you through the same steps listed below, and help you to create your first listing.
From the left hand menu, click on the Edit Business Listing option.
This will open the business listing tool. If you wish to skip to a specific part of the process, you can do so by using the buttons at the top of the page.
The first step is to update your business’ contact information – including name, address, phone number and email address. Check on the map below that your business is being located properly, and then click the Next button to proceed.
Select your business sector from the menu provided. Start with Industry, then Category, then Sector. Feel free to select multiple sectors that best describe your company.
You will then be able to add specific keywords about your business. These will be words that didn’t appear as a sector or that best describe your business. Remember to use keywords that you would expect customers to search for in Google if they were looking for a business like yours.
Once complete, click the Next button.
Now you will be able to update both your Brief Description and your Detailed Description.

Now you can edit the imagery associated with your listing. You will need your logo, and at least one main photo.
You can then add other photos below. Click on the + icon to add new photos, and the X icon to remove any existing photos.
Check that all of your details are correct, then click the Sync button to update all local listings simultaneously.
