Changing my notification settings

This FAQ will help you to edit your notification settings in Local Listing.

The below step by step instructions will help you learn how to change the details listed for notifications on your Local Listings account. These notification settings dictate how you are contacted by Local Listings when you receive feedback, or have to activate a new listing.

Please note: this function is only available for packages purchased before May 2021. For packages purchased after May 2021, please read the following article: How do I change my admin contact?

Step 1 of 2

From the Local Listing control panel,  you will see a section labeled Notification Details – where you will see the details associated with your account. Click on the edit button to change these details.

Step 2 of 2

You can enter in the name and email address that is associated with your Local Listing account. Once you have completed your changes, click on the Save button to confirm your new details.
