How do I view my current tasks?

This FAQ will outline how you can view any outstanding tasks that you need to complete.

One of the main features of our Search Engine Optimiser tool is that you’ll regularly receive tasks that will help keep your site up-to-date and on top of the latest trends set by Google. These step-by-step instructions will show you how to access the page that displays all your assigned tasks.

Please note: this function is only available for packages purchased after May 2021.

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Digital Marketing Suite within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Digital Marketing Suite.

This will take you to a page where you will see all your purchased Digital Marketing Suite packages. Click Launch to access your Competitor Insights package.

This will take you to your dashboard. From here, select Tasks from the top-right corner of the page.

This will take you to the Tasks page where you’ll see a brief outline of the tasks that you’ll need to complete.

View and complete tasks

You can find out more about a task by clicking the Complete this now button that appears within the task itself. To view a complete list of tasks for a specific section, click one of the links that appears alongside Your Activity.

Upon clicking a task, you’ll be given more information about it as well as a brief outline of the actions that you’ll need to take, complete with a video tutorial. Simply follow the on-screen instructions for each task and watch as your brand’s visibility grows!
