How do I check the status of my Support Ticket?

This FAQ will help you to check the status of your support tickets

This will allow you to view, read and respond to your 123 Reg Support tickets.

When a support query is raised via the Support Centre using the Raise Support Ticket facility, a support ticket is automatically created within our system.

You may track the progress of each query from the Support Centre

Click the My Support button above. A pop-up window will ask you to enter your 123 Reg User Name and Password.

Step 2 of 3

Enter your details (remember these are case-specific) and click OK.

The next window will show recent support tickets raised and their current status.

To view full details of a support ticket, click the relevant incident.
