How do I reset my 123 Reg account password?

Use the ‘Reset password’ function

The easiest way to regain access to your account is by resetting your password. This can be done by following these steps:

1. Start by visiting our Login page.
2. From there, click Need to find your password?
3. Enter the email address for your 123 Reg account into the provided field and click Continue.
4. You will now be sent an email containing a unique code, which will expire in 2 hours. Enter this verification code into the provided field.

5. Once you’ve done this, you can enter your new password into the provided field.

Your password must be at least 12 characters long and should also include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (such as dashes, full stops or exclamation marks). This makes it much harder for others to guess.
