How do I pay via Direct Debit?

This FAQ will explain what a Direct Debit is, and how you can set one up for use with your 123 Reg Products and Services.

What is a Direct Debit?

This article explains what the Direct Debit payment method is and how you can use it with your 123 Reg account.

Direct Debit is a simple, safe and convenient way to make regular or occasional payments for product renewals on your 123 Reg account. As such, you can have additional peace of mind knowing that your products will renew without expiring. No more issues with out-of-date card details either, as the money can simply be taken from your bank account.

By signing up to Direct Debit, you can also be assured that you will be protected by The Direct Debit Guarantee.

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If you request us to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society in writing. You should also notify us in writing.
