How do I change my contact preferences on my 123 Reg account?
This article will show you how to manage your contact preferences, including email, telephone and more.
To update your 123 Reg account’s subscriptions, please follow the instructions outlined below:
Please note: You will not be able to opt out of service-related messages or system generated emails, such as renewal reminders and password resets. These types of emails are essential to the running and maintaining of your 123 Reg account, and enable us to contact you with important, account-specific information.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, click Account Settings in the toolbar and then choose Contact Preferences from the list of options.
You will now see our main contact channels, which includes Email, Text Messages, Phone Calls, WhatsApp and Mail. You will also be able to change your Cookie preferences from this page.
Simply click any of these options to change its settings.
On the next page, you can set your preferences for your chosen channel by ticking or unticking the relevant boxes. Once you’ve done this, click Save Preference to confirm your changes.
