How do I view and respond to my opened tickets through the Support Site?
This article will show you how to view the tickets you have raised to our support teams.
To view your Support Requests, you will have to be logged in to your 123 Reg My Support area.
Visit the 123 Reg support site and then click on the My Support site.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to access your support tools; you can click on the My Tickets button in the Support History section.
Here you will see all of your opened tickets on this page. You can access your ticket by clicking on it, or you can click on a closed ticket to review it.
- Your message thread will be displayed, along with details on when it was created, and the category chosen.
You can add the response to your ticket in the text box provided, and also upload additional documents. When ready, click Update Message to send your message.
