This article will explain how to create and manage E-mail Accounts in Plesk.
 Begin by going to the Mail tab. E-mail accounts are associated with a domain which in turn are associated with a subscription on your Plesk account. Click on Create E-Mail Address then type in the first part of the e-mail address. You can select the domain that the email address will be created with using the dropdown menu that will show the domain names available on the active subscription, if you cannot see the domain name you want try selecting a different subscription.Then select the mailbox size if you want it to differ from the default size as defined by the service provider configuration.Select a password and type it in each of the two boxes. Then click on the OK button. Once an email address has been created you can edit it by clicking on it. The page shows the same settings as when you first created the account.You can set up an e-mail forwarding service that will send copies of all incoming messages to an additional e-mail addresses for each e-mail account created.E-mail Aliases are alternative e-mail addresses that are created and associated with a primary e-mail address, so that mail sent to the e-mail aliases will be received by the selected primary e-mail address.With each e-mail account created you can switch on the automatic response service, this will send a predefined e-mail message in reply to any incoming e-mail message.The included spam filter detects spam messages that are sent to the e-mail address and moves them to the spam folder or marks the messages as spam, depending on the setteings that the spam filter has been configured with. While the antivirus service blocks e-mail messages which contain viruses and will notify both the sender and the recipient.You can configure all the mail service settings that apply to any domains created under a subscription by clicking Change Settings.
