Requests for account information
This article will explain how you request account information.
Requests for information held regarding accounts registered in your own name
Log in to your 123 Reg Control Panel, then scroll down to the Account Management section and click on the Update Personal Information link.
At the bottom of this section, click on the Review your data link.
You will be asked to re-enter your login information to ensure that the account holder is the one accessing your data.
In this section you will be able to manage your data. Click on the Download button to get a copy of your data in a CSV file.
Your data will then begin to download. If you would like to remove your data from our system, you can only do so once all of your products and services have been removed from your account. You can do this by contacting our support team.
Requests for information held regarding an account not in your name
We are unable to provide information with respect to 3rd party accounts without an official request such as a court order or in accordance with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA), this request can come from official bodies such as the police. For more information, please see:
