Requests for account information

This article will explain how you can request account information.

Requests for information held regarding accounts registered in your own name

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel. From there, scroll down to the Account Management section and select Update personal information.

On the next page, select Review your data that appears at the bottom.

You will be asked to re-enter your login information to ensure that the account holder is the one accessing your data.

In this section, you will be able to manage your data. Click Download to get a copy of your data in a CSV file.

Your data will then begin to download. If you would like to remove your data from our systems, you can only do so once all your products and services have been removed from your account. You can do this by getting in touch with our Support team.

Requests for information held regarding an account not in your name

We are unable to provide information with respect to third-party accounts without an official request, such as a court order. This request can come from official bodies such as the police, in accordance with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA).
