Requests for account information
This article will explain how you can request account information.
You can download all the information that we currently have on your account by following the instructions outlined below.
Requests for information held regarding accounts registered in your own name
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, click Account Settings in the toolbar and then choose Contact Preferences from the list of options.
On the next page, click Data On File within the Privacy section.
Click Download Your Information to begin the process.
Your data will now be downloaded and saved to your computer as an .csv spreadsheet.
Requests for information held regarding an account not in your name
We are unable to provide information with respect to third-party accounts without an official request, such as a court order. This request can come from official bodies such as the police, in accordance with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA).

All RIPA requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the information required, which we will respond to as soon as possible.
