We have detected a possible issue with your domain name configuration, please view the information below for help in rectifying the problem.
Your domain name does not appear to be on the 123 Reg nameservers. 123 Reg services such as email, web forwarding, InstantSite and hosting will not function if your domain name is not on our nameservers. This can be rectified through your 123 Reg control panel, to do so, please follow the instructions below:

Login to your 123 Reg control panel.

In the Domain names section, select the relevant domain name in the drop-down list and click on the Manage button.

If you are changing a top level domain i.e. .com, .net etc, you will need to unlock the domain name first. This can be done by selecting the Manage Domain Locking option and clicking on the Unlock domain link. Once the domain has been unlocked click on the Back to Control Panel link.

Select the Change Nameservers option.

Scroll down to the All set? Change name servers here section and enter the following nameserver records into the relevant boxes:

Click on the Change nameservers button.
Please Note: Allow 24 - 48 hours for the changes to the nameservers to propagate.
