How do I manage my domain names?
From there, select Domain Names within the Manage active products section. Next, choose your domain name from the provided list and then select Manage.
This will take you to the ‘Manage domain’ page for the domain name you selected. Here, you’ll be able to manage the contact details, DNS records and nameservers associated with your domain.
How do I access my Microsoft 365 package?
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Microsoft 365 within the ‘Manage active products’ section, and then click Manage opposite Manage Microsoft 365.
You will now be taken to a new page, where you can manage all your purchased packages. From here, click Log into Microsoft 365.
You will now be taken to your dashboard, which features a different interface to our main site.
From here, you can access Microsoft 365 by clicking Login to Microsoft 365 within the right-hand panel. You can also install Microsoft 365 on your devices by clicking Download and install Microsoft 365.
Where can I find my Account Details?
From there, scroll down to the ‘Account management’ section and select My Account.
You will now be taken to your account, where you can manage your contact details, email preferences, payment details and more.
How do I buy a new product?
From there, scroll down to the ‘You may also be interested in’ section and select Learn more for the product you wish to purchase.
This will take you to the dedicated page for that product, where you can purchase the plan that suits your needs.
Why can’t I renew a package that is due to expire?
If you’re unable to renew a package within the ‘The following products are due to expire and/or be cancelled’ section, this may be because it has already expired.
Please consult the renewal reminder emails that we have sent you to see when your product was originally set to expire. If you believe there has been an error, please get in touch with our 123 Reg Support team who will be happy to assist you.
Where can I find my Legacy products?
Any Legacy products (i.e. services that are no longer available to buy from our website) that you have purchased can be found within your ‘Manage active products’ section.
