This FAQ will discuss the 123 Reg Autorenewal process

Our automated renewal system is geared to make domain and service renewal and cancellation as straight forward as possible. Most of all, our processes are in place to ensure that our customers are given plenty of time and opportunity to cancel services that they no longer require.

As long as our customers keep their account contact details up to date, when any domain name or service is coming up for renewal they will receive reminders to the registered e-mail address they have selected on their account. This communication provides guidelines for if our customers want to retain or cancel the service in question.
