How can I modify a Microsoft 365 account?
This article will show you how to update a Microsoft 365 user account (formerly Office 365), allowing you to change the username, domain name and other settings.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Manage opposite your Microsoft 365 package under the Manage Active Products section. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the Email section and select Manage Microsoft 365.
On the next page, select Log into Microsoft 365.
This will take you to your Microsoft 365 Control Panel, where you can see a list of the active accounts on your package. Click Modify for the account you would like to update.
On the pop-up window that appears, select the domain you wish to switch to from the drop-down menu below Domain. Feel free to change any other details as well.
Once done, click Modify user to confirm your choice.
