How do I modify my Microsoft 365 mailbox?
This article will show you how to modify the mailbox included within your Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) account.
Please note: before starting this process, you will need to assign a domain name to your Microsoft 365 account first. For more information on how to do this, please read the following Support article: How do I add a domain to Microsoft 365?
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Microsoft 365 within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then click Manage opposite Manage Microsoft 365.
On the next page, select Log into Microsoft 365.
This will take you to your Microsoft 365 Control Panel, which features different branding and URL to our main site. From here, select Modify for your desired user.
A pop-up window will now appear, where you can now edit your mailbox. Once done, select Modify user to save your changes.
