How do I modify my Microsoft 365 mailbox?
This article will show you how to modify the mailbox included within your Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) account.
Please note: before starting this process, you will need to assign a domain name to your Microsoft 365 account first. For more information on how to do this, please read the following Support article: How do I add a domain to Microsoft 365?
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Manage opposite your Microsoft 365 package under the Manage Active Products section. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the Email section and select Manage Microsoft 365.
On the next page, select Log into Microsoft 365.
This will take you to your Microsoft 365 Control Panel. Simply select Modify for your desired user.
On the pop-up window that appears, select the subscription type you wish to set for your address along with the Usage location. Once done, select Modify user to save your changes.
