How do I upgrade my Office 365 package?
This FAQ will help you to upgrade your Office 365 package.
The below step by step instructions will show you how to upgrade your packages through your 123 Reg control panel.

Login to your 123 Reg control panel and scroll down to the email section. Then click on the Manage button for Office 365.

You will now need to log in to the Office control panel.
Please note: To upgrade your package, you will need to purchase a Professional package. You will be able to see if you have the quota for a Professional account from your control panel. If you don't, click on the Buy More button and then select the package you want to upgrade to:
Once you have purchased your quota, move on to step three.

Next, select the package you want to upgrade and click on the modify button.

Now change the subscription type to Business Premium and then click Modify user to complete your changes.
