How do I upgrade my Microsoft 365 package?
This article will help you to upgrade your Microsoft 365 packages (formerly Office 365) using your 123 Reg Control Panel.
Depending on when you purchased your Microsoft 365 package, you may need to follow a different set of instructions. Simply click on a title below to skip to the most appropriate option:
Purchased after September 2023
Start by signing in to your Email & Office Dashboard.
Click Upgrade opposite the user you wish to upgrade.
On the next page, choose which plan you want to upgrade to.
Go to your basket and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation message stating that your order was successful. Return to your dashboard to use your newly upgraded product.
Purchased before September 2023
First, sign in to your Microsoft 365 dashboard.
From there, select Modify for the package you want to upgrade.
On the pop-up window that appears, change the subscription type to the plan you’ve purchased and select Modify user to confirm your change.
If approved, your new package will now be ready to go!
Please note: your previous Microsoft 365 plan will not be automatically cancelled, as it may be used for a different address instead.
