How do I upgrade my Microsoft 365 package?
The below step by step instructions will show you how to upgrade your Microsoft 365 packages (formerly Office 365) through your 123 Reg Control Panel.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Manage opposite your Microsoft 365 package under the Manage Active Products section. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the Email section and select Manage Microsoft 365.
On the next page, select Log into Microsoft 365.
Please note: To upgrade your package, you will need to purchase the next highest tier first. You will be able to see if you have the quota for it within your Microsoft 365 dashboard (under License Balance). If you don’t, select Buy More and then choose which package you want to upgrade to.
Once you’ve purchased your higher plan, select Modify for the package you want to upgrade.
On the pop-up window that appears, change the subscription type to the plan you’ve purchased and select Modify user to confirm your change.
If approved, your new package will now be ready to go!
Please note: your previous Microsoft 365 plan will not be automatically cancelled, as it may be used for a different address instead.
