Can I manually renew my Dedicated Server?
This FAQ will help you to manually renew your Dedicated Server.
The instructions will show you how to make the payment to manually renew your server.
Please note: If you manually renew your server early, you will be renewing from the end of your current billing period, so you will not be charged twice for the same time
From there, select Dedicated Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Dedicated Servers.
This will take you to an overview list of your Dedicated servers. For the server you wish to edit, click on the Manage button.
From the Renewals and Billing section of your control panel, click on the Renew Now button next to the Renewal Date field.
This will open your basket, with your renewal in the basket. Simply follow the on screen instructions to make your payment.
