How do I change the Billing Period for my Cloud Backup package?
This article will help you to change your Billing Period on your Cloud Backup package
The below instructions will allow you to change from a monthly to yearly billing period, and vice versa.
Please note: Changes the Billing Period will take effect at the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are on a yearly billing period, but wish to change to a monthly period, then you will not start paying monthly until the end of the year you have already paid for.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Cloud Hybrid Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Cloud Hybrid Servers.
Here, you will see an overview of your Cloud Backup packages. Click the Manage button for the package you wish to edit.
This will enter the management page for the backup package. Click on the Change button in the Billing Period field.
Select the Billing Period you require from the drop-down list, and then click the Confirm button. Your billing period will take effect after the end of your current billing period.
