How do I change the billing period for my Dedicated server?
This FAQ will help you to change your Billing Period for your Dedicated server.
The below instructions will show you how to change your billing period from Monthly to Yearly, or vice versa.
Please note: If you change your Billing period, these changes will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are on a yearly billing period, with six months left to run, but wish to change to a monthly billing period, you will not be charged on a monthly basis until after the six months that you have already paid for are complete.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Dedicated Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Dedicated Servers.
This will take you to an overview list of your Dedicated servers. For the server you wish to edit, click on the Manage button.
From the Renewals and Billing section of your control panel, click on the Change button in the Billing period field.
This will open a drop-down menu, allowing you to alter your billing period. Select the billing period you wish to use, and click the Confirm button to complete the changes.
