How do I install Microsoft SQL Server Express on my VPS?

This article will show you how to install a Microsoft SQL Server on your Virtual Private Server.

Please note: since SQL Server databases aren’t backwards-compatible, you will need to download the appropriate SQL Server version for your database backup. For example, if your database was created using SQL Server 2019, you will need to download version 2019 or 2022.
