This article will show you how you can resend your Cloud Server welcome email.
Your Cloud Server welcome email contains all of the information you need when setting up your server for the first time. For example, here you will be able to find you Server Name, IP Address, various usernames and passwords, and much more. It is a good thing to keep handy, but if you accidentally lose it, you can resend it from your control panel by following the below steps.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Cloud Hybrid Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Cloud Hybrid Servers.
Click on the Manage button for the server in question.
Select the Modify Server tab from the top of the page.
Now, click on the Resend Welcome email link button under the Server Details window. This will send the Welcome email to the email address associated with your 123 Reg Account.
