How to open WebHost Manager (WHM) directly
This article will show you how to access WebHost Manager (WHM).
You can access WebHost Manager (WHM) by using your domain name or IP address. Here’s how to do both:
Via IP Address

Start by entering one of these URLs into your web browser:
- https://123.456.78.9:2087 —access cPanel over an encrypted connection.
- http://123.456.78.9:2087 —access cPanel over an unencrypted connection.
Important: please change 123.456.78.9 to your specific IP address.
Step 2 of 3
You will then need to enter root as the Username, along with your password.

Once you’ve done this, click Log in.
Via Domain Name

- https://your-domain.co.uk:2086 — access cPanel over an encrypted connection.
- http://your-domain.co.uk:2086 — This URL allows you to access cPanel over an unencrypted connection.
Important: please change your-domain.co.uk to your specific domain name.
