How do I manage my SiteLock package information?
This FAQ will show you how to change your notification email in SiteLock.
The below instructions will show you how to change your notification email address allowing you to receive updates on your website in real time.
Log in to your 123 Reg control panel and scroll down to the Security section. Click on SiteLock to be taken to the product management page.
You will now see your available SiteLock packages. Click on the Login button for the package you wish to use to be taken to the SiteLock control panel.
Here you will see your SiteLock package details. If you have multiple packages you will be able to distinguish between packages using the domain listed at the top of the panel.
Scroll down to the Notifcation email address section and click on the Change button.
This will open a text box in which you can enter the email address to which you wish to receive your notification emails. Once you have entered the email, click on the Confirm button to complete the change.
Please note: The email address you select should be one used on a regular basis to ensure that you don't miss any important updates. Where possible, it should be accessible by your webmaster or person in charge of your site, in order to ensure that the information gets to the relevant person as quickly as possible.
