How do I download my SSL certificate?

This article will explain how you can download your SSL certificate.

Please note: if you are moving your SSL certificate to a new server or are experiencing any of the following issues, then you must re-key your SSL certificate instead:

  • Your server has crashed
  • You have lost your private key
  • You receive an error message stating that the private key does not match

If purchased after December 2021

Step 1 of 5

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

Step 2 of 5

From there, select SSL Certificates within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage SSL Certificates.

Step 3 of 5

This will take you to the SSL overview page, where you will see all your purchased SSL certificates. Simply click Manage opposite the certificate you wish to download.
