How do I request my personal data that’s been collected for my SSL certificate?
This article will outline how you can request a copy of the data that is collected when we issue your SSL certificate.
Please note: this article is only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) residents that purchased an SSL certificate after December 2021.
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select Manage opposite SSL within the Manage Active Products section.
This will take you to the SSL overview page, where you will see all your purchased SSL certificates. Simply click Manage opposite the certificate you wish to cancel.
You will now be taken to your SSL Certificate dashboard, which features a different interface and URL to our main site.
From here, click the Help tab and then choose Submit request for data that appears from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will now appear where you’ll need to confirm your decision. Simply click Request data to proceed.
Once done, you’ll be taken to a confirmation screen which will inform you that your personal data will be sent to your email address within 72 hours.
