Which domain extensions are affected by the 2023 registrar change?
This article will list all the TLDs that are affected by the 2023 domain registrar change.
We will be transferring several TLDs to the following domain name registrars:
Moving to Hexonet
- .audio
- .ch
- .christmas
- .click
- .co.za
- .game
- .gg
- .gift
- .help
- .it
- .link
- .lol
- .nl
- .photo
- .pics
- .pl
- .property
- .sexy
- .so
- .tattoo
Moving to Key-Systems
- .be
- .co.nz
- .de
- .fm
- .fr
- .tk
Moving to Japan Registry Services
- .jp
Moving to 123 Reg Iberia
- .es*
If you’ve purchased a domain name that features any of these extensions, you may receive an email asking you to approve the domain transfer. Please approve this as soon as possible to prevent the transfer request from expiring.
Once this transfer is complete, you will remain the registrant of your domain(s) and you will continue to manage them through 123 Reg. If applicable, to facilitate this transfer, we will renew your domain(s) for an additional year from its current renewal date, at no cost to you.
If, however, you don’t want your domain(s) to be transferred, you must transfer them to your preferred registrar within 30 days of receiving our notification email.
Please note: this change in domain registrar will not affect any other services linked to your domain(s), such as emails or web hosting.
* A limited number of .es domains will be transferred to 123 Reg Iberia.
