How can I upgrade my Website Builder package?

This article will explain how you can upgrade your Website Builder package.

Step 1 of 4

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Website Builder within the ‘All Products and Services’ section and then click Options opposite your site.

A pop-up window will now appear, where you’ll see several details relating to your product. Click Upgrade and then Checkout.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Start by logging in to your legacy Control Panel. For details on how to do this, please read the following article: How do I access and manage my products?

From there, select Website Builder within the ‘Manage active products’ section. Next, select Manage opposite Manage websites.

You will now be taken to a new page where you’ll see your purchased Website Builder packages.

From here, click Options for the site you wish to upgrade and then choose Billing from the drop-down menu that appears.

On the next page, click Upgrade opposite Package name.

Click Upgrade

Select the package you wish to upgrade to.

You will now be taken to the payment page where you can confirm your upgrade. You can also select between Monthly and Yearly Billing.

Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment and upgrade your Website Builder product.
