How do I add a logo to my website header?
This article will show you how to add a logo to a header within Website Builder.
Having your logo front and centre on your website is one of the most important aspects of web design, since it will immediately inform visitors who the website belongs to.
What is a logo?
A logo is a unique symbol that is used to identify and represent your business. Through the creative use of colour, font style and imagery, a great logo can encapsulate your style/tone of voice so that anyone unfamiliar with your services will know roughly what to expect from your services.
With our Website Builder package, you can choose between a text logo and image logo. In either case, follow the instructions below to get started.
Please note: this article only applies to Version 9 of our Website Builder. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.
Start by logging in to Website Builder.
From there, click anywhere in the top area of your website (aka the header).
Select Logo from the right-hand menu.
You can now change the title and alignment of your text logo. Alternatively, you can upload an image to use as your logo by clicking Upload a logo.
This will open a new window where you can browse from several images within your website or upload a new image by clicking Upload.
Once you’ve uploaded your logo, you may wish to add it as a favicon and incorporate it into your footer.
