How do I customise my Contact Us section?

This article will show you how to customise the Contact Us section of your website.

Having a Contact Us section on your website is incredibly important, as it allows people to get in touch with you and enquire about your services. Once you’ve added this to your site, you can customise it by following the instructions below.

Please note: this article only applies to Version 9 of our Website Builder. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.

Step 1 of 7

Start by logging in to Website Builder.

Step 2 of 7

From there, find and select your Contact Us section.

You will now be given a list of options in the right-hand menu. This includes the following:

  1. Layout: the default appearance of your section.
  2. Accent: the main colours used of your section.
  3. WhatsApp Chat Button (see step 4)
  4. Contact Form (see step 5)
  5. Hours (see step 6)

  10. Address
  11. Show Map: a Google Maps visual that will show your business’ location, based on what was used for Address.

Step 4 of 7

On the WhatsApp Chat button subsection, you can select whether you want customers to contact you via WhatsApp. After enabling this, be sure to ensure your WhatsApp Number into the provided field.

On the Contact Form subsection, you can specify the email address all messages will be sent to and the default Thank You message that customers will receive. You can also edit the fields for your contact form, such as Name, Email and Message, whether Attachments are allowed and the text within the Send button.

If, however, you don’t need a contact form, you can disable this feature at any time by clicking the toggle opposite Show Contact Form.

Please note: if you enable attachments, the total size of them must be less than 15MB and can include the following file types: .3gpp, .conf, .def, .doc, .docx, .dot, .flac, .gif, .in, .ini, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .list, .log, .m2a, .m3a, .m4a, .mk3d, .mks, .mkv, .mov, .mpeg, .mpga, .mp2, .mp2a, .mp3, .mp4, .msvideo, .odp, .odt, .otf, .ogg, .pdf, .png, .potx, .ppsx, .ppt, .pptx, .qt, .text, .tiff, .txt, .vid, .wav, .webm, .webp, .woff, .woff2, .xls, .xlsx and .zip.
