How do I backup or restore my site in Website Builder?
This article will show you how to backup and restore any previous versions of your website.
Restoring backups can be very useful if you’ve made extensive changes to your site and wish to revert to an older version.
Since this process differs depending on which version of our Website Builder you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:

Version 9
Start by logging in to your Website Builder package.
From there, select Settings in the right-hand menu.
Choose Site History from the list of options.
You will now be shown a list of recent backups, based on actions that you’ve taken. To create a new one, click Create Backup.
To restore a previous backup, hover your cursor over the iteration you want to use and click the Restore option that appears. After doing this, you may wish to republish your website.
Version 8
From there, select Settings in the left-hand menu.
Click Backup Site from the menu that appears.
You will now be shown a list of all the previous versions of your website. Simply click Restore opposite your desired version to revert back to it.
Please note: doing this will only restore the older version of your website within your Editor tool. The live version of your website will not change until you re-publish the restored version.
