How do I setup the Feedback module/Contact Form?
This article will show you how to add a Feedback module to your InstantSite website
This article will explain how you can setup your feedback module’s properties, add fields and add a custom feedback response that will be given to your users.
You can use the Feedback module to get feedback on your business website, services and more.
Adding the module to a page
Login to your 123 Reg control panel. Scroll down to the Create your website section and click on the InstantSite icon.
Click on the Login button next to the relevant InstantSite package.
Click on the Edit link.
Click on the relevant page in the site map panel you want to add the Feedback module to.
Drag the Feedback module to where you would like it on your page.
This is used to change the Title of the feedback form, the email address that would receive the feedback submitted and the Feedback message subject.
Click on the Properties link on the Feedback module.
Fill in the feedback module properties and click on the OK button.
This is used to Add fields to your feedback form or edit the existing ones.
Click on the Add/Edit fields link on the Feedback module.
Add and edit your fields for your feedback form and click on the OK button.
This is the response that your users will get once submitting the feedback form.
Click on the Response link on the Feedback module.
- Edit the response your users receive using the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor and click on the OKbutton.
Your Feedback module is now fully setup and ready to use.
