How do I upgrade/downgrade my Website Builder package?
This article will show you how to upgrade/downgrade your Website Builder plan.
Need more from your Website Builder package as your business grows? Or are you finding your current plan too expensive and want to go down a level? In either case, simply follow the instructions outlined below to get started.
Please note: this article only applies to Version 9 of our Website Builder. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.
To upgrade your plan, please follow the steps outlined below:
Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.
From there, select the three-dot icon opposite the Website Builder package you want to upgrade and choose Edit your plan from the list of options.
Select a new plan from within the Upgrade column.
Choose the length of your plan using the provided options and then click Checkout.
On the next page, click Proceed to Checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your upgrade.
