How to create an invoice for your customers
This article applies to 123 Reg Online Shops
To create an invoice to print and send to your customer after they have ordered, please follow the steps below:

Log into your 123 Reg Online Shop package.

Select Orders from the dropdown.
Step 4 of 10
Click the Search button.
Step 5 of 10
You will then be able to view your orders.
Step 6 of 10
Select the order you wish to create an invoice for.
Step 7 of 10
Click on the Documents tab.
Step 8 of 10
Under Type there is a dropdown bar, select Invoice from this then click save.
Step 9 of 10
Step 10 of 10
Select Print View.
To amend the invoice you will need to edit the order it is connected to.
