How to edit your site users details
This article applies to 123 Reg Online Shops
You can manage your customer’s details through your Online Shop control panel. This includes changing their name and email address, their passwords and newsletter subscriptions. To manage your Customers/Users, please choose the relevant steps for your package and follow below:
Bought before October 2015
Log into your 123 Reg ecommerce package and click Settings.
Select User Management from the drop down.
When the User tab is selected at the top of the page, you will see a list of your current customers. You can add a new one, or click on the customer’s name to edit the details of the customer.
Update the areas you wish to change and then click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
Bought after October 2015
From your store’s management dashboard, click on My Sales, and then Customers.
Click on the customer whose details you’d like to edit. Tick the checkbox next to their name and click Modify.
You can then change details such as the customer’s name and email address.
