How to edit your site users details.

This article applies to 123 Reg Online Shops

You can manage your customer's details through your Online Shop control panel. This includes changing their name and email address, their passwords and newsletter subscriptions. To manage your Customers/Users, please follow the steps below:

    Log into your 123 Reg e-commerce package.

  • Step 2 of 5

    Click Settings.

  • Step 3 of 5

    Select User Management from the dropdown.

  • Step 4 of 5

    When the User tab is selected at the top of the page, you will see a list of your current customers. You can add a new one, or click on the customer's name to edit the details of the customer.

  • Step 5 of 5

    Update the areas you wish to change and then click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
